QC Calculators and Tracking
This project consists of a collection of custom-built Excel calculators and tracking systems designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and traceability within a quality control environment. The tools automate complex calculations for batch resizing and supplement facts panels while providing a centralized system for monitoring raw material testing, product formulation, and finished product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
The Process
As quality control workflows became increasingly complex, I identified opportunities to replace time-consuming manual processes with automated, user-friendly tools. I designed and developed a suite of Excel calculators to perform batch size conversions and automatically calculate Supplement Facts panel values, significantly reducing calculation time and minimizing the potential for human error.
